Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

Unfortunately Cheriglace has a no refund/cancellation policy. Each piece is handcrafted carefully by the designer. After an order is made, the design process has already begun. We do not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have any concerns about your product, please email us at info@cheriglace.com and we will address your concerns.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to ship. Delivery time will vary based on your chosen shipping method. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please email us directly at Info@cheriglace.com

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free with a purchase of $50 or more. Standard domestic shipping is $5 for all orders less than $50. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States.

 

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

 

What if my package is lost / arrived damaged?

Cheriglace is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. We carefully inspect every item before shipping. Please email info@cheriglace.com within 7 days of your purchase if you have recieved a wrong order and we will do our best to work with your situation.

 

What if I have entered a wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet , we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped cheriglace is not responsible. Please email info@cheriglace.com with any questions or concerns.

 

What if my package has been returned to seller?

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for all re-shipping costs regardless of purchase amount.
